What is RTA?
RTA — Ready-To-Assemble — cabinetry is a Swedish invention that allows cabinets or furniture to be assembled on site with minimal tools. It was designed as a way for a homeowner to purchase furniture/cabinets, transport them easily and compactly, then assemble the parts together. RTA saves time in assembly and allows “flat pack” shipping, saving shipping costs.
How do we implement the RTA design?
Most of our panels use a simple cam-lock system requiring only a phillips screwdriver, which provides a rigid connection between panels. Most of our displays can easily be assembled by one person, although assistance may be needed on larger products.
